  3. After you've finished the course, we will report the completion to the Secretary of State. The Secretary of State will send your certificate to you by e-mail. Just print your completion certificate and take it with you to a Secretary of State Driver Services facility and apply for your license.
  4. At the SOS Driver Services location you will need to pass a vision test, written exam and behind-the-wheel driving test.
