• You do not possess a commercial driver license.

What do I do next?

• Pay the fees for your citation within 30 days.
• Notify the Clerk's Office of your election to attend traffic school when you make your payment.
• Fulfill your traffic school requirements with a Florida state certified traffic school within 90 days from the date you paid the citation.

Failure to complete the course within the 90 days will result in your driver's license being suspended, additional costs, and points will be added on your record. If you pay the applicable late and compliance fees, your driving privileges will not be suspended, but points will be put on your record.
