Additional Court Fees

Each court charges an additional fee to allow you to attend a traffic school or home study program. This is separate from any of our charges. If you do not pay this $52 fee to the court, then the court will not process your certificate of completion with the DMV. In addition, all traffic schools including classroom, home study or Internet courses charges a separate fee.

You were actually required to pay the $52 admin fee to the court with your fine amount in order to be approved for traffic school as noted in your courtesy notice. The court mailed you a letter regarding the unpaid fee after they received your completion certificate from us. Again, you will need to pay that fee to the court in order for them to accept your certificate on file and update your driving record with DMV.
