Can I Get Traffic School Studying material mailed to me?

I think I paid for the mailed studying materia but I haven't received anything yet.

I have a traffic ticket from Contra Costa County. I signed up for traffic school so I can keep the points off my DMV driving record. When I signed up for the online course I also purchased to have the studying material printed and mailed to me but I haven't received anything yet. Please check and advise. Thanks much!
