Cant Find Case Number for My Traffic Ticket from Orange County

- question from 4/16/2020 by Darryl, filed under Case Number and Speeding Ticket
Where is the case number located on my court paper work?
Hi -
Got the court paperwork for my speeding ticket but I am confused a little. I couldn't find my case number, so I used my citation number. Is the citation number the same as case number. Is that ok that I put the citation number?
TrafficSchool.com Says
Hi Darryl,
Yes, your citation number is perfectly fine to use to register for traffic school. Various Superior Courts in California use either a citation number, docket number, or case number to reference a students traffic ticket case information.
