Is the 4hr course ok for this to take off points off drivers license for U-turn on non u-turn lane?

I JUST GOT A TRAFFIC TICKET IN LEE COUNTY FLORIDA ON 9-11 (U-TURN ON NON U-TURN LANE). IS THE 4HR COURSE OK FOR THIS TO TAKE OFF POINTS OFF LICENSE? DO I PRINT OUT THE 4HR COURSE CERTIFICATE WHEN PAYING THE TICKET AT COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE IN LEE COUNTY?
