I purchased your online course and also a course manual copy to satisfy my traffic school requirements, how do I get the printed copy?

I purchased your online course and also a course manual copy to satisfy my traffic school requirements for San Mateo County. I'm about to start my traffic school course now because my due date to turn in my certificate is in a couple of days. My question is how do I get that course manual, can I download it somewhere or can you send it to me email address?
