I went to go log back into my account and it is saying that it cannot find my information. I am unsure what I should do?

Hello,

I created a traffic school account per the request of the Fresno court and registered with the email address b**********@mail.fresnostate.edu. I went to go log back into my account and it is saying that it cannot find my information. I have already paid for traffic school and have started working on it. I need to get back in and finish the course but I am unsure what I should do. Thanks.
