Pay for Traffic School Again if I Already Paid Court

If I already pay for traffic school to the court do I have to pay again in this site?
I'm new to this whole process but I got a ticket in Los Angeles. I've paid the ticket and I also paid an additional fee for traffic school. I'm registering for your online traffic school course and it's asking me for payment. If I already paid with the court do I have to pay again to take your school?

Each court charges an additional fee to allow you to attend a traffic school or home study program. This is separate from any of our charges. If you do not pay this fee to the court, then the court will not process your certificate of completion with the DMV. In addition, all traffic schools including classroom, home study or Internet courses will charge separate fees.
