Paying Extra Insurance Premiums
- question from 10/16/2020 by Michael, filed under EXCEEDING 70 MPH MAXIMUM SPEED and Insurance Increase
I have a point on my record and this should not have ever happened, can you please let me know what happened?
Hello,
I had taken this course last year as a result of a ticket and recently found out that the certificate of completion was not received by the DMV. This resulted in me having a point on my record. Can you look into this and tell me why the Court and DMV didn't process my certificate please?
This is unacceptable. As a result, my family has been paying extra insurance premiums. Let me know how to proceed.
** UPDATE **
Ok thank you for that update, I did not realize that I had to pay a fee to the court for attending traffic school. I will do that and then go from there. Thank you for the prompt response.
TrafficSchool.com Says
Good Afternoon Michael-
Thank you for choosing TrafficSchool.com for your traffic safety needs. Your electronic DMV certificate was submitted for the Fresno court on 4/29. However, it looks like they did not accept your electronic DMV certificate since you did not pay the required $67 administrative fee with your fine/bail amount.
You will need to contact the court and pay the $67 before 8/28 in order for the court to dismiss your case.
