Speeding ticket and pleaded not guilty with the court
- question from 3/18/2020 by Alyssa, filed under Court Approved Traffic School and Dismiss Ticket
Can I still do traffic school to dismiss a the points and dismiss the ticket?
I got a speeding ticket and pleaded not guilty with the court. The court told me how much to pay and that I have until March to pay the ticket. I wasn't given any information about any traffic school to go to in order to dismiss this ticket off my DMV record. Can I still do that?
TrafficSchool.com Says
Hello Alyssa-
You will need to contact the court where your ticket is filed. The court will be able to confirm your options and let you know if you can get approved for traffic school. There are different factors that may make you ineligible, so you’ll need to verify with your county court.
If the court gives you traffic school eligibility, then we can help you register for our court accepted course to mask the point from your driving record.
Please let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great day from TrafficSchool.com-TVS #E1393.
