Teenage Speeding Ticket
- question from 12/6/2022 by Dan, filed under Court Approval and Speeding
Can my son take the traffic school course prior to his court appearance?
Hi, my teenage son recently got a speeding ticket. He’s due to appear in court on January 18th. Is he allowed to take the traffic school course prior to his court appearance?
TrafficSchool.com Says
Hello Dan-
Thank you for your email. You will need to contact the court listed on your son’s ticket or paperwork to confirm his eligibility for traffic school. If he is eligible, he will be required to pay the ticket and an administrative fee to the court in order to attend traffic school. These fees vary depending on court location. Once he pays his ticket and all the required fees, he can register for our course here: https://www.trafficschool.com/register-cal/register.asp
