Verification of my DMV driving record

In regards to your DMV record, our website explains that we do not send the DMV a request for your driving record until your due date has passed. The reason for this is to allow an efficient amount of time for the court and DMV’s processing, so we can obtain the most accurate and up-to-date status of your driving record. Since your court due date is listed as 3/23/20**, we mailed the request to DMV on this date. From there, it will typically take about 3 weeks to receive back from the DMV. We will confirm that the traffic school completion was processed correctly in the DMV system and then mail the printout to you. If you log back in to your course, you will also see the following information regarding your driving record purchase:

• Driving Record: Ordered
(approx. delivery 4/13/20**)

Please note, it may take a bit longer to receive due to the DMV’s processing backlog. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
