When will I receive my driving record from DMV?

Our apologies for the confusion, but our website explains that we do not send the DMV a request for your driving record until your due date has passed. The reason for this is to allow an efficient amount of time for the court and DMV’s processing, so we can obtain the most accurate and up-to-date status of your driving record.

Since your court due date is listed as 6/30, we will mail the request to DMV on this date. From there, it will typically take about 3 weeks to receive back from the DMV. We will confirm that the traffic school completion was processed correctly in the DMV system and then mail the printout to you. If you log back in to your course, you will also see the following information regarding your driving record purchase:

• Driving Record: Ordered
(approx. delivery 7/21)
