Need help with error saying that there is already an existing account under the license number I am trying to use?
I paid to take another traffic school course for another ticket I received. As I reach to take the final exam it told me to update my profile which I did and it kept showing "error" saying that there is already existing account under the license number. I was not able to finish the final exam I really need to finish this exam ASAP you reach me at (510) 603-**** and help me with the next step. Thank you!
