The course fee includes the traffic school program and electronic reporting of your certificate within 3 business days of completion, as required by the DMV. Prior to your payment, we do mention on our website, “We will send you confirmation when you have passed our course. You may choose any of the additional options below if you would like further confirmation of your course completion for your records.”

While these additional upgrades are not required and are listed as optional on our site, we do provide them as many students like having the peace of mind these optional services provide. You selected the optional Emailed PDF Certificate Copy which comes in handy as many students save this file to their computers or print it and file it away with their ticket information. All of our upgrades have a certain cost we must incur to provide the optional services, thus we cannot offer them for free. If you no longer want this optional service, please let us know and we will gladly refund the money to your account.

Please rest assured, we will submit your electronic DMV certificate for the court as required by the court and DMV.
