I cannot proceed to the final exam because the ticket I got is in another state but I was approved to do a CA course

Hello,

I'm signed up with your online school to satisfy my traffic ticket. I cannot proceed to the final exam because the ticket I got is in Nevada but I was approved to do a California course. I have already paid for and completed the course I just need to do the final exam. Can you please tell me how I can bypass the ticket requirement? Thank you.

In most cases, you will need to take a state approved course based on where the ticket was issued. However, the court may allow you to complete a California approved course since you are a resident. If you were in fact approved, you can proceed with selecting the county of your residence and any court listed on our website. Upon completion, we will send a certificate directly to you to submit to your courthouse.
