How i can get my certificate of traffic school to show on DMV Record

I sign up for course, so how do i get the course to show to the DMV for point off the record?

I signed up with your course for my traffic ticket. I need to get my completion certificate to show the DMV. Please let me know how I can get that certificate sent to me? Thanks!

Our records show you registered with us on 3/9/20**. However, you never started the course and did not pay.
You will need to log back in and complete the course in order for us to issue a certificate which will be electronically submitted for the court and DMV.
