Interactive lesson on sleepiness answer is listed as vision time which is a bit confusing, shouldn't it just read vision?

I'm currently taking the school for Santa Clara County. I have a question about the course. I'm on Section 2 Interactive lesson on Sleep: Quiz answer choice 'B' is listed as 'vision time' which is a bit confusing for me. Shouldn't the wording just be 'vision'?
