Everything was very simple and easy to do
Easy to use and good questions
The course was presented with straight forward questions. Although I was somewhat confused by the additional parts that I should buy to solidify my completion of the course and how I would receive my case being cleared of the charge as far as it going to my insurance.
The information is easy to follow but is quite long per section. Reducing the sections will make the course quick, and easier to attain the information. Provide the information in a shorter compact sentences. Information provided is little dry. Thank you.

GOOD
Like Tax Preparation software, there are variations in user friendliness. For a non-techie senior, this software was easily navigated. I actually liked the comprehensive refresher current bike lane laws, automobile technology, etc.

Too much minutia and repetitious, unneeded details and statistics. It got very boring. It could have been shortened by half. The course was definitely better than the DMV, by a mile, but could be tightened up with the same degree of information.
