The court accepts either the citation or case number, so the one you entered is perfectly fine. However, the Sacramento court has been experiencing technical issues with retrieving completions that have been submitted since 8/3. The court manager explained that the DMV is manually sending them the certificates to process, but it is taking longer for cases to get updated. You have met the due date required with the court, so you will get credit for the completion once the court is able to process your certificate.
