CERTIFICATE
OF COMPLETION
Online traffic school course completion certificates are processed within
a 24 hr. business day timeframe.
For some courts, rush processing of your certificate will be made available
when you complete your traffic school course Monday-Friday before 3pm Pacific
Time. If you choose rush processing, your certificate will be mailed on the
same
day
of
completion as long as you have completed your course before 3pm Pacific Time
and will be mailed via the delivery method chosen. There may be an additional fee for this service.
Traffic school completion certificates are only processed on business days
(Monday through Friday).
Traffic school completion certificates are not processed on the weekend
(Saturday & Sunday).
All certificates are mailed first class mail unless otherwise requested by
the student.
Traffic school completion certificates must be mailed; they cannot be faxed
to the student or the court.
Your court, as proof of traffic school completion, will not accept student
copies of completion certificates. Only the original certificate issued by
TrafficSchool.com
will
be accepted.
TrafficSchool.com must follow the requirements set forth by your court regarding
where to mail your certificate of completion. (See the approved courts explanation
for your courts certificate requirements.) There can be no exceptions.
TrafficSchool.com will not be responsible for incorrect information on your
completion certificate if the student provided the information in error. There
will be a $5.00 processing fee to reissue a certificate of completion with
correct information. There will be no charge for the reissued certificate if
the error was on the part of TrafficSchool.com.
TrafficSchool.com will not issue a completion certificate for a court that
we have no formal agreement with unless the student provides us with written
documentation from the court that gives permission for the student to complete
TrafficSchool.com's online or workbook traffic school course.

the same day of completion as long as you have completed your

2-days depending on the FedEx service chosen.
All certificates are sent with signature release so that the package will be
left for you if there is no person at location to sign for it. TrafficSchool.com
is not responsible if FedEx is unable to leave your certificate for any reason
such as the inability to enter the premises due to security reasons. FedEx
may not leave the package at the driver's discretion.
FedEx cannot deliver to a PO BOX. You must enter a street address or there
will be a delay in receiving you certificate.
If the address you have entered during registration is incorrect and your FedEx
package needs to be re-directed or FedEx needs to make an address correction,
you will be responsible for the additional $10.00 address correction fee charged
by FedEx.
Any international FedEx requests will be assessed an additional $50.00 fee
for processing. This charge will be in addition to the normal FedEx fee.
